Biography
Career
Sadia Afroj Tithi is a dedicated and passionate Lecturer in the Department of English at the World University of Bangladesh (WUB). She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in English from Jagannath University, Bangladesh. Demonstrating outstanding academic performance, she achieved 3rd position in her undergraduate studies and 2nd position in her postgraduate program—an achievement that reflects her strong academic foundation and commitment to excellence.
Her teaching philosophy centers on fostering a dynamic, inclusive, and interactive learning environment that inspires students to think critically, engage creatively, and relate literature to real-life experiences. She views teaching as a collaborative process that encourages intellectual curiosity, empathy, and independent thought.
