Promotion and Graduation Policy

• The minimum passing grade from 1st to 2nd semester is GPA 2.00 (D), from 2nd to 3rd semester is GPA 2.25 (C) and from 3rd semester it is GPA 2.50 (C+) and thereafter.
• The overall performance of a student is expressed in terms of GRADE POINT Average (GPA) or cGPA.
• A student having a cGPA 2.50 without any ‘F’ in any course shall normally be awarded the degree.
